Built for Durability
Full-access cabinetry combines contemporary styling with increased storage capacity and easy access to the interior of the cabinet. Because they are made without a front frame or center stile, drawers and slide out shelves are wider and offer a 10-15% increase in practical space available for organization and storage needs. Full-access construction also provides an extremely tight reveal (1/16”) around the door and drawer fronts for an upscale full-overlay appearance.

CONSTRUCTION
Environmentally friendly construction carries no added urea-formaldehyde (NAUF) 5/8” laminated industrial-grade, furniture board that’s more stable and resilient than plywood. Cabinets feature glue and dowel construction. Backs are 1/8” and are dadoed into sides, tops and bottoms. The hanging rail is 5/8” and pocket screwed into the sides of the cabinet for increased stability.

INTERIOR
Neutral wood grain interior compliments the available exterior wood grain finishes.

EDGEBANDING
ABS edgebanding on the front matches the wood grain finish of the door for a better visual appearance. Tops and bottoms of wall cabinets are sealed with ABS edgebanding to provide increased surface protection during installation.

SHELVES
5/8” industrial-grade, no added urea-formaldehyde furniture board with neutral ABS edgebanding on the front edge. Shelves are supported with rigid clear plastic clips that provide needed stability and eliminate tipping. Standard base cabinets feature 1/2 depth shelves, with the exception of Full Height Door base which feature full depth shelves. Cabinets 30” and wider will have an additional row of holes for added shelf support.

HINGES
110-degree, 6-way adjustable metal hinges with butterfly mounting plates to allow precise door alignment without compromising appearance.

DRAWER GLIDES
3/4 extension, epoxy coated, side-mount glides provide smooth, consistent movement with each pull. Capacity: 66 lbs.

DRAWER BOXES AND SLIDE OUT SHELVES
Sturdy and reliable drawer boxes are assembled using glue and dowel construction versus the typical stapled drawer boxes.
